About this role

This role provides strategic leadership and oversight of athletic equipment services for 16 NCAA Division I sports, with primary focus on Football. The incumbent ensures efficient procurement, inventory control, safety management, and distribution of equipment while maintaining compliance with NCAA, OSHA, and NOCSAE regulations. A key aspect of the position involves supervising staff and managing vendor relationships to support daily operations and team travel logistics.

Responsibilities

Direct and administer equipment operations for 16 NCAA Division I sports
Lead football equipment services including ordering, fitting, and maintenance
Manage procurement, inventory control, and lifecycle management of athletic equipment
Develop and administer equipment budgets with primary responsibility for football
Supervise, train, and evaluate equipment staff across full-time and student roles
