About this role

This role supports the operations team of MUST, an energy services subsidiary of the IDEX group. The Assistant will manage administrative tasks related to subcontractor contracts, technician scheduling, client requests, and invoicing within the regions of Hauts de France, Île de France, and Grand-Est.

Responsibilities

Planify and manage technician intervention portfolios and schedules
Handle client requests related to plumbing, heating, electricity, and carpentry
Record and track quotes and their processing with clients and landlords
Assist in administrative management including purchase orders and invoices
Update internal files and track technician time sheets
