Assistant (Apprentice) Outdoor Instructor

This role offers an opportunity to work towards an Outdoor Activity Instructor Level 3 apprenticeship while training to run outdoor activity sessions for groups visiting a 56-acre centre in the Surrey Hills. The position involves supporting young people, including those with special educational needs, to explore the outdoors through activities like climbing, raft building, and archery. It is a live-in role that includes assisting with grounds management and participating in evening working rotas.
