About this role
The Nebraska Attorney General’s Office seeks an Assistant Attorney General in the Agriculture, Environment, and Natural Resources Bureau to represent and defend state agencies and boards in state and federal courts on agricultural, environmental, water, and other natural-resources matters. The role includes potential appellate practice and providing legal counsel to state agencies on rules, contracts, tort, and property matters. Excellent legal research and writing skills are required.
