Assistant Attorney General

The Office of the Attorney General is seeking a full‑time attorney to serve as Director of the Healthcare Crimes Unit, the State’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit within the Criminal Division in Augusta. The role oversees investigations and prosecutions of Medicaid fraud, abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation, managing a team of attorneys, investigators, and support staff while handling both criminal and civil cases.
