Assistant Bidding Manager

This role supports the UK bids team by planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality, client-focused proposals, presentations, and work-winning collateral in line with Mace’s brand and governance. The position involves managing the bid process, translating win strategies into compelling documents, and coordinating internal and external progress meetings. It requires strong organizational skills, excellent written English, and the ability to manage delivery through colleagues and external suppliers.
