Assistant Branch Manager

This role assists the Branch Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the branch while coaching and supervising Tellers and MSRs to optimize performance. The position requires maintaining member loyalty, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional service to members and staff. The incumbent acts in the capacity of an MSR or Teller as needed and supports branch audits and security initiatives.
