Assistant Branch Manager

The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in achieving branch, departmental, and organizational objectives, serving as the primary leader in the Branch Manager's absence. This role involves providing direct leadership and oversight to Teller and Personal Banker teams, ensuring operational soundness, and facilitating training and coaching to promote service excellence. The position requires active support of branch operations, independent decision-making, and adherence to credit union policies and procedures.
