Assistant Bursar

The Assistant Bursar performs day-to-day student account activities, including tuition and fee billing, payments, financial aid disbursements, scholarships, refunds, and reconciliations. Serving as the primary operational backup to the Bursar, the role independently researches and resolves student account issues while ensuring accurate and timely financial activity across university systems. The position acts as a key point of contact for students regarding billing, refunds, and holds, applying university policies with patience and respect. Collaboration with Financial Aid, Enrollment Services, and Finance departments ensures proper documentation and reconciliation of student financial transactions.
