Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. (NYSE: REXR) is a publicly traded real estate investment trust focused on acquiring, developing, and operating industrial properties—primarily infill warehouses and last‑mile logistics facilities—in Southern California. The company targets high‑barrier, supply‑constrained submarkets near major population centers and transportation hubs, using active asset management and selective development to drive occupancy and rental growth. Rexford emphasizes scale in its core markets, integrated property management and leasing capabilities, and a development pipeline to meet rising e‑commerce and distribution demand.
