Assistant, Cashier

The Assistant, Cashier role is responsible for performing daily cashiering, billing, and payment collection activities across various hospital service points, including the Main Cashier, Accident & Emergency, Outpatient Pharmacy, Laboratory, X-Ray/Radiology, Dialysis, and Café. The position involves processing patient billing information, collecting payments through multiple authorized methods, issuing receipts, and ensuring accurate documentation and reconciliation of all financial transactions. The role also requires liaising with multiple hospital departments to facilitate smooth billing processes and maintain confidentiality and security of patient and financial information.
