About this role
This role reports to the Center Manager and serves as the deputy leader for a CSL Plasma donation center, acting as the center lead in the manager’s absence. The position provides oversight of center operations across quality, finance, HR, IT and production, and supports regulatory compliance and donor safety. The role is based onsite at a plasma donation center and includes occasional overnight travel.
