Assistant City Attorney

This role provides oral and written legal advice, recommendations, and opinions to Department Directors, City staff, and committees on matters affecting City operations. The position involves drafting and reviewing contracts, real estate documents, resolutions, and ordinances, as well as performing legal research and representing the City in administrative proceedings. The Assistant City Attorney also advises City officials and may represent the City in various local and state departments and governmental subdivisions.
