Assistant City Secretary

The City of Pearland is seeking a service-oriented professional to lead and improve the day-to-day operations of the City Secretary's Office in a fast-paced environment. This role involves supporting the Director and Deputy Director in establishing a clear vision for the department while managing staff, programs, and strategic plans. The position requires exercising independent judgment to develop and implement departmental goals, policies, and comprehensive records management programs. The Assistant City Secretary will also oversee electronic document management systems and ensure compliance with records management policies and regulations.
