Assistant Client Accountant - 12 month FTC

This role involves managing ad-hoc and scheduled billing to tenants, assisting with bank reconciliations, and supporting the Service Charge Year End workflow. The position requires full participation in the month-end and year-end close processes, facilitating tenant recharges, and resolving tenant queries. The successful candidate will work closely with client accountants, surveyors, and appointed accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting.
