Assistant Clinical Manager

The Assistant Clinical Manager partners with the Hospice Clinical Manager and Administrator to oversee hospice service delivery, ensuring high-quality, individualized patient care at home. This role combines clinical leadership, staff development, care coordination, and operational support to mentor caregivers, improve patient outcomes, and strengthen team performance. The position requires availability during operating hours and participation in on-call coverage for patient care and administrative duties when the Clinical Manager is unavailable.
