Assistant Coach

The Assistant Coach assists the Head Coach in managing the team, including practices, games, and player recruitment in compliance with University and NAIA regulations. This role involves instructing student-athletes, ensuring their safety and academic success, and supporting the overall development of the sport program. The position requires strong independent judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively motivate student-athletes.
