Assistant Community Manager - Diega

This role supports the Community Manager by handling financial operations, accounting tasks, and lease enforcement within a stabilized apartment community. Responsibilities include processing rent and invoices, reconciling accounts, managing resident files, and assisting with leasing efforts using property management software. The position also acts as an on-site supervisor when the Community Manager is absent and facilitates owner relations.
