About this role

This role supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of a residential apartment community. Key duties include processing rent and vendor invoices, reconciling bank accounts, preparing financial reports, and managing resident files and move-out procedures. The incumbent may also assist with leasing efforts and act as an on-site supervisor in the absence of the manager.

Responsibilities

Process rent, fees, and vendor invoices with accuracy
Prepare daily bank deposits and monthly financial reports
Reconcile bank accounts and maintain ledger integrity
Communicate with residents regarding delinquencies and lease terms
Assist in leasing efforts and act as on-site supervisor
