Assistant Community Manager - The Edge

This role supports the Community Manager by handling financial operations, including rent collection, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting for apartment communities. The position also involves reviewing resident files, managing lease enforcement, coordinating maintenance tasks, and assisting with leasing and marketing efforts. Candidates will act as an on-site supervisor in the absence of the Community Manager and may represent the community in court hearings regarding evictions.
