Assistant Community Manager

The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the residential community, including accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. This role involves managing resident relations, handling lease enforcement and evictions, processing vendor invoices, and ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction and retention. The position also requires acting as the on-site supervisor in the Community Manager's absence and assisting in managing client and owner relationships.
