Assistant Community Manager

The Assistant Community Manager will work closely with the Community Manager to ensure the efficient management of the property, maintain tenant satisfaction, and handle administrative tasks. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating maintenance requests, and serving as a point of contact for tenants to provide exceptional customer service. The position also includes assisting with lease administration, marketing available rental units, and supporting the management of on-site staff and vendors.
