Assistant Community Manager

The Assistant Community Manager supports the daily operations of the assigned property, working closely with the Community Manager to ensure efficient management, resident satisfaction, and the achievement of financial goals. This role involves assisting with leasing efforts, processing applications, conducting tours, and handling resident relations and customer service. The position also includes financial administration tasks such as collecting rent, managing delinquencies, and maintaining accurate lease files.
