Assistant Community Manager

The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, ensuring compliance with tax-credit or set-aside units, and managing resident services. This role involves handling administrative functions, assisting with leasing and marketing efforts, and maintaining accurate resident and lease files. The position also includes training staff, coordinating maintenance requests, and acting as the Community Manager in their absence.
