Assistant Community Manager

The Assistant Community Manager serves as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors at the Highlands of Montour Run community, ensuring a welcoming experience from initial tours through move-in. This role supports day-to-day operations by coordinating with the service team, maintaining property curb appeal, and assisting with community events and resident engagement. The position focuses on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate resident records while reporting to the Area Community Manager.
