Assistant Community Manager

This role supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational facets of a single-family rental community during the lease-up phase. The position involves managing accounting tasks, processing payments, handling resident communications, and assisting with leasing efforts to maximize revenue and resident satisfaction. The Assistant Community Manager also acts as the on-site supervisor in the absence of the Community Manager and helps maintain strong client/owner relationships.
