Assistant Controller

Waste Connections seeks an accounting professional to serve as a business partner in a decentralized, field-based environment, driving process improvement and supporting the company's sustainability mission. The role involves performing monthly financial closes, reconciling general ledger accounts, analyzing variances, and assisting with Sarbanes Oxley compliance and budgeting. Candidates will manage accounting data flow across operational offices and provide training on internal controls while having opportunities for relocation.
