Assistant Controller

The Assistant Controller leads the day-to-day operations of the accounting department and helps build scalable processes to support continued growth. Reporting to the Controller, this role oversees monthly close, financial reporting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities while ensuring compliance with GAAP and multi-state regulations. This position is ideal for a hands-on accounting leader focused on developing people, improving processes, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
