Assistant Controller

Barge Design Solutions is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join its accounting leadership team, partnering with the Director of Accounting to oversee daily operations, financial reporting, internal controls, treasury management, tax compliance, and financial analysis. The role involves managing month-end and year-end close activities, coordinating financial audits, overseeing joint venture accounting, and supporting financial performance analysis. This position collaborates across Accounting, Finance, and Project Accounting to ensure accurate reporting, revenue recognition, and compliance with accounting standards.
