Assistant Controller

The Assistant Controller oversees the full accounts payable cycle, manages corporate cards, and ensures accurate and timely vendor payments across multiple entities. This role is responsible for leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, reviewing financial statements, and preparing consolidated reports for executive sign-off. The position also involves managing intercompany reconciliations, revenue recognition, and providing oversight for treasury and tax functions. Additionally, the Assistant Controller leads the back-office bookkeeping team and supports internal controls, audits, and system integrity.
