Assistant Controller

ARC is seeking an Assistant Controller to build and lead the company's financial reporting, technical accounting, and internal control capabilities during a period of rapid expansion. The role involves owning technical accounting research, managing the annual external audit, and leading the general ledger migration and lease portfolio servicing platform rollout. This hands-on position requires a CPA with strong public accounting and industry experience to shape the accounting function as the finance organization grows.
