Assistant Corporate Controller

The Assistant Corporate Controller leads and manages the accounting function for a rapidly growing private equity-owned transportation and logistics company. This role supervises staff and collaborates with the Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller to ensure accuracy and integrity across all accounting processes, including financial closings, audits, tax compliance, budgeting, and internal controls. The position involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, cash flow management, and team leadership to drive efficiency and compliance.
