Assistant Department Manager (Tile)

This role is responsible for training and developing Product Sales Specialists while ensuring customers receive exceptional service and accurate product information. The hire must train associates on the retail P's philosophy, manage merchandise placement and pricing, and direct the processing of goods to the showroom floor. Candidates will also handle check-out transactions, answer customer inquiries, and present educational 'how-to' classes regarding store products.
