The role leads the Cyber Security Operations Centre's detection lifecycle, overseeing the development, testing, deployment, tuning and retirement of cyber security detections across the Australian Parliament House environment. It bridges technical cyber threat intelligence with practical monitoring and response, providing expert advice to analysts, engineers, and senior stakeholders to improve detection coverage and response effectiveness.
