The Assistant Director, Donor Advancement & Upgrades plays a critical role in growing unrestricted revenue, strengthening donor retention, and building a sustainable pipeline of future leadership and major gift donors. Serving as the primary concierge for sustaining donors and other high-potential annual giving supporters, this role provides personalized stewardship, proactive outreach, and donor-centered relationship management designed to deepen engagement and increase donor lifetime value. The position partners with the Direct Response team to identify, qualify, and cultivate donors acquired through various channels, ensuring stronger financial support today while developing a robust pipeline for tomorrow.
