Assistant Director, Donor Experience

The Head of Donor Experience leads a team to develop and execute fundraising strategies, event management, and donor engagement initiatives for Community Chest in partnership with NCSS. This role is responsible for overseeing signature events, managing internal and external stakeholders, and driving growth in the social service sector through innovative philanthropic approaches. The leader also handles team development, operational challenges, and ensures compliance with people, process, and procurement procedures.
