The Assistant Director will join the founding team for a new Gardner School preschool opening in Chelmsford, MA in April 2026, helping to launch and grow the school community. The role supports the Executive School Director in running daily operations, engaging families, and ensuring a high-quality early childhood program. This position focuses on building the school culture and supporting staff and families as the school opens and scales.
