Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement

Lesley University is seeking an Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement to develop and implement a comprehensive program that builds meaningful, lifelong connections among alumni and the University. The role involves leading efforts to grow the alumni network through digital engagement, regional programming, and volunteer initiatives while managing the Alumni Council and strategic communications. This position serves as a key partner to the Advancement team to deepen alumni relationships and connect engagement with broader University advancement goals.
