About this role
The Associate Director of Care (ADOC) ensures provision of resident-centered nursing care in accordance with provincial legislation and best practice guidelines. The ADOC oversees nursing practices, contributes to development and evaluation of clinical programs, and supports regulatory compliance and quality improvement within the long-term care home. The role partners with internal and external healthcare stakeholders and deputizes for the Director of Care as required.
