Assistant Director of Childcare

The Assistant Director of Childcare organizes the day-to-day operations of assigned program areas and provides direct oversight of staff at the YMCA. This role ensures the well-being of each participant in line with YMCA guidelines and association policies while supporting the organization's mission of youth development and community strengthening. The position involves planning daily activities, managing program expenses, and acting as a proxy for the Director when needed.
