Assistant Director of Engineering

The Assistant Director of Engineering supports the Director of Engineering in leading the maintenance, repair, and operation of the resort's building systems, utilities, and mechanical equipment. This role ensures compliance with safety regulations, oversees preventive maintenance, and manages the engineering staff to maintain a safe and efficient environment for guests and colleagues. The position involves monitoring work orders, managing energy systems, and serving as the Manager on Duty for the engineering division.
