Assistant Director of Nursing

The Assistant Director of Nursing supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations, supervising nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high-quality care for adolescents and young adults receiving intensive behavioral health treatment. The role involves providing leadership, supervision, and training to nursing staff while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate individualized client care and treatment planning. This position also requires responding to medical emergencies and assuming the responsibilities of the Director of Nursing in their absence.
