Assistant Director of Operations

The Assistant Director of Operations oversees daily facility and event operations under the Director of Operations, ensuring smooth execution, maintenance, and service of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. This role involves supervising event setup services, coordinating with various departments and contractors, and managing equipment maintenance and inventory. The position also supports budget preparation, policy implementation, and staff supervision across Changeover, Housekeeping, and Operations units.
