About this role
As the Assistant Director of RBT Development at Kids on the Move, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the quality, consistency, and success of Behavior Technicians across the KOTM Autism Center. You will oversee onboarding, training, supervision, and professional development for BTs and RBTs while maintaining a reduced BCBA caseload.
