Assistant Director or Centre Director

This leadership role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a brand-new early childhood service in Wollongong, NSW, building it from the ground up. The position is designed for an experienced Centre Director or a strong Assistant Director ready to step into a leadership role, with involvement in the establishment phase before the service opens. The successful candidate will help shape the team, culture, and operational systems for a small service focused on children aged two to five.
