Assistant Director, Quality Improvement

The Assistant Director, Quality Improvement oversees the Corrective Action Plan process and ensures regulatory compliance through investigation support, trend analysis, and staff training. This role chairs the Informed Consent Committee and provides on-call incident management support while maintaining current knowledge of OPWDD and Justice Center regulations. The position requires close collaboration with Quality Improvement Directors to facilitate process improvements and incident review meetings.
