Assistant Director

The Assistant Director serves as the front-line manager for a process team within the Business Operations Center of Excellence, overseeing daily operations and providing direct supervision to team members. This role focuses on delivering excellent service and value to internal and external customers while developing strong partnerships with leadership. The position is based at the Lancaster Mental Health Outpatient office and reports directly to the Director of Client Experience.
