Assistant Director

The Assistant Director supports the Director of Alumni Engagement and the Director of Family and Donor Engagement in advancing the institution's mission by developing and executing strategies to increase alumni and parent participation. This role involves managing event logistics, donor data, and office operations while building lifelong relationships with alumni, parents, and donors. The position requires strong organizational skills, independent judgment, and the ability to work cooperatively across teams to support fundraising and engagement initiatives.
