Assistant Director

The Assistant Director supports the Senior Director with day-to-day operations and team supervision to ensure the Early Learning Program runs smoothly. This role oversees Program Coordinators and the Nutrition Team, manages compliance with North Carolina childcare rules, and handles administrative tasks including licensing, funding records, and staff scheduling. The position also involves supporting families and staff with questions and needs while maintaining accurate records for licenses and grants.
