Assistant Director

The Assistant Director supports the Executive Director of Recruitment, Selection, and Retention in implementing strategic recruitment, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives to attract and retain a diverse, highly qualified workforce. The role involves managing recruitment data systems, developing marketing strategies, coordinating partnerships with educational and community organizations, and overseeing recruitment events and candidate engagement efforts. This position provides project management support for district recruitment and workforce initiatives while analyzing workforce trends and recommending process improvements.
